2. Do you deliver outside the UAE?
All items produced by Al Fardan Jewellery can be delivered to any other country outside the UAE. Additional shipping charges will apply. For other branded items please refer to our contact center to request for the delivery outside UAE and if available items shall be shipped accordingly.
If the ring doesn't fit and can't be resized, the return policy will apply.

Once our delivery partner collects the Jewellery from the store you will receive WhatsApp with trackable link

Once the item is returned and checked, the equivalent amount to the item's price will be returned as a store credit, i.e., voucher with a limited validity that can be spent on our website
