ORDER DELIVERY

Our shipments are complimentary to all United Arab Emirates locations. Al Fardan Jewellery currently only delivers to addresses within the UAE.

The cut-off timings are from Monday to Sunday at 12 PM (UAE Time) for Next Day Delivery and for 4-hour delivery within Abu Dhabi.

Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be placed on the first day following the date the order was submitted.

Next Day Delivery is available ONLY for Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Fujairah, Hatta, RAK, Sharjah, UAK, AR Rams and Jabel Ali.

Deliveries to the following locations are only available Sundays and Thursdays – Ghayathi, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, Liwa Oasis, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Al Madam, Dhaid, Dibba Al Hisn and Dibba Al Fujairah.

Al Fardan Jewellery will facilitate two attempts to reach the client, as the handover of the goods can be completed only to the customer directly. Due to security concerns, Al Fardan Jewellery will not leave the goods at the delivery location.

Please note that we do not ship to certain addresses, such as military, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes.

Boutique pick-up may be offered, free of charge. AFJ will inform you by e-mail or by telephone when the product is ready for pick-up at the boutique.

CUSTOMIZED & OUT OF STOCK ORDER DELIVERY

For special customizations, engraving, creations that are out of stock or that require resizing, AFJ would be able to deliver within 2 weeks after the order is placed and full payment is received.

GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery timelines are estimates only. It is our strong commitment to meet the expected delivery mentioned in our Order confirmation, however time is not of the essence.

Should your order not be delivered within 30 days of the confirmation, AFJ will issue a full refund. Nevertheless, AFJ will not be responsible for failure to deliver if the customer is not available to accept delivery of their Order.
